Everyone loves a parade, and the Parade of Homes is one of the most popular in Southwest Florida.

Last held in person in 2020 and virtually in 2021, the Parade of Homes will showcase 24 fully decorated model homes in 16 communities from more than nine builders. Coordinated by the Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA), the self-guided event runs on March 14-16.

“A lot of people, when they’re searching for a home whether for the first time or a second home, don’t really know what they’re looking for,” says Edis Arevalo, event chair and broker associate with John R. Wood Properties. “The Parade of Homes will give them a really big perspective of what’s out there.”
